The Forth Valley & Fife Archaeological Research Framework is now underway. The project will run from 2026 – 2029, coordinated by the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland and funded by Historic Environment Scotland.

This 3-year project will offer an insight into the archaeology of Stirlingshire, West Lothian, Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Fife. The Forth Valley & Fife Archaeological Research Framework project will be led by the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland in collaboration with partners in the Forth Valley and the Kingdom of Fife. This includes Fife Council, WOSAS, the University of St Andrews, Stirling Council and the University of Stirling.
